Former Employee - Part Time Operations Supervisor in Columbus, OH

I worked at UPS part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great opportunity to get overtime and extra money during peak season.

    Cons

Once you leave the union all heck breaks lose! Never become a part time supervisor unless you can handle getting blamed for others mistakes. They constantly set you up for failure on a daily basis. Was literally the most emotionally draining job. I ever had and will never work there ever again!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop acting like you are hot stuff because you came from the bottom too!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
