I have been working at UPS part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great people to work with! I leave like WoW every day! Some amazing stuff happening at UPS! I want to work at UPS full time. You will want to work at UPS full time.

Cons

Management is hard to work with and they are stubborn. There is so much going on sometimes management at all levels high and low miss the very obvious. Politics at every job position and level at UPS. You can get stuck in low level management positions for 15 -20 years with no promotion in sight.

Advice to Management

The promotion process is flawed. Obvious winners are being over looked to fill quotas.
