job security, comfortable work environment, name recognition of working for a Fortune 500 company

Cons

pay below industry average, opportunities for advancement are very limited for first promotion and extremely limited their after.

align business operations with management positions to creat job and opportunity growth

Job security, Hmmm .... I don't know about job security when 1800 employees are going to be sent packing. Upper level management will be well taken care of, but the supervisors, specialists and admins ... Happy Trails.
