I have been working at UPS full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

UPS offers good benefits with tuition reimbursement for all employees. Many full-time employees started out as part-time to take advantage of the tuition benefits. Lots of opportunities to move up within the company. Although, these opportunities are not handed out. Hard work and drive to acquire a promotion are a must.

    Cons

Holiday season is extremely stressful and accounts for 90% of the cons of working at this company. Any other time of the year is very pleasant.
