Pros

Great pay, Once you got a few years in very stable. Great Union. Nearly impossible to get fired. Good benefits.

Cons

A lot of bs goes on. Maybe it's just where I work but it seems like in both buildings people are shady and like drama. Management only cares about there numbers, don't expect to hear "good job"

A little positive reinforcement maybe?
