Former Employee - Seasonal Driver Helper in Lawnside, NJ

I worked at UPS part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The company has a good reputation and the job can be fun if you make it fun.

    Cons

It's only seasonal ending as soon as the holidays are over, it's on-call so you have to be available all day, and its minimum wage and a very physical job. How fast a pace is determined by the driver you are working with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some of the drivers make you run packages to doors which is against company policy but there's no accountability unless you get hurt on the job.
