    Pros

The company has excellent benefits, and its focus on excellence is in all systems, safety, and environmentally conscious. Work-life balance is excellent, opportunities for career advancement. This is a company that drives technological improvement in the distributions supply chain solutions industry

    Cons

There is not much understood when switching from a union to a non union management position in terms of benefits. The culture of management and union of different where the culture of management is get it done or else! The union is more concerned about safety and fair treatment of its members

    Advice to Management

Have better starting compensation for union workers, and make it very clear what the changes in benefits and salary will be if going from a union to a non union position.
