Pros

Pretty fair in work. Low pay. Good benefit. Boring job. This is a good company for any ones want to make minimum wage in a easy job.

Cons

They must understand that we still have family beside the job. Need to pay a little bit higher. Hire more technical staff than management people.

Advice to Management

Need to listen to your employee. You are not always right. Be patience with all changing of working system. Rome can not build in 1 day.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

College Tuition Reimbursement You don't have to see your spouse when they get home from work because you are leaving when they get home (This could also be a con, depending on your relationship)

    Cons

Everything else... Poor management No accountability for upper management Problem employees moved instead of being held accountable No room for advancement Hard work and reliability no appreciated

    Advice to Management

Hold your subordinates accountable to do their jobs. During the operation, try to be present in the operation, not on you iPhone with your girlfriend or searching NFL.com. Our Richmond full time management team is such a JOKE! The only good full timer got out while the getting was good. Now our Manager doesn't know what to do and the rest are a laughing stock.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Pay for college, great work out, job security due to Teamster...if you can make it through your 30 day probation period and IF the supervisor decides to keep you

    Cons

Very hard/physical labor. If you get hurt as in pull a muscle (and you will at some point) or hurt your back (and you will at some point)...they don't give a crap about you...not really

    Advice to Management

Don't treat your employees like crap
