    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at URS Corporation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is OK, flexible schedule (when not having to work overtime - which comes in waves)

    Cons

Work is either feast or famine, lack of vision and engagement of employees, quick to lay-off, tons of policies (some are good) - but local office management is not held accountable to them, very average to sub-par benefits (they provide the bare min. compared to competitors)

    Advice to Management

Decide what URS wants to be - the best at what? Then engage and empower your employees in that vision. Just saying "we're the biggest provider of AEC services, etc." is uninspiring.Develop an employee engagement framework and ensure that all local management follows through.
