    Take multiple management courses and learn how to respect, appreciate, provide incentives for employees, and show thanks for employees that work hard and deliver on their tasks/goals.

    There are no Pros working for this company.

    Cons

    This company only wants employees to remember two words, Sold Time and Billable. This company does not care about any loyalty to its employees. Big turn over of employees across the country, at URS.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper management needs to get rid of some of the top management employees who are making over 195K per year, and do not add any value to the company, then perhaps the lower end employees would not have to use their vacation hours when they are not billable.
