URS Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at URS

Pros – Great management, employees, brand new building, non-stressful work environment

Cons – No advancement in career useless you want to move out of state. NO paid time off or vacation days when you start. You accumulate 1 PTO every month you work.Similar jobs start around $15+ an hour. No mention of how often raises/ performance reviews are given.

Advice to Senior Management – Find ways to motivate your employee’s that you have as operators; bonuses, extra PTO, games, and rewards can all be considered.
