At URS, you are a commodity not a resource.

Accountant (Current Employee) Boise, ID

ProsA big company. Wide range of work. There is a big focus on diversity of markets. Working at a project is good.

ConsManagement treats its employees as a commodity not as a valued resource. Decentralized corporate structure means no true leadership and a redundancy of work. Communication is horrible.

Advice to Senior ManagementValue your workers.

Pros: Strong Company with experienced management, Competitive salary, Cons: Management runs at a macro level, no one managing the corporate office & corporate staff. Thus alot of redundant and overlapping work.… Advice to Senior Management: Centralize G&A, be more in touch with the company employees. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
