    Pros

    Great management, employees, brand new building, non-stressful work environment

    Cons

    No advancement in career useless you want to move out of state. NO paid time off or vacation days when you start. You accumulate 1 PTO every month you work.Similar jobs start around $15+ an hour. No mention of how often raises/ performance reviews are given.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Find ways to motivate your employee’s that you have as operators; bonuses, extra PTO, games, and rewards can all be considered.

    It is a big company with lots of opportunities to move you to places you don't want to go.

    Cons

    The organization is very top heavy and leaves very little room for younger engineers to grow.
