“Good when there is work”
Former Employee – worked at URS full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great work life balance, great people, lots of knowledge
Cons – when there is a downturn in economy they lay off big, and fast
Advice to Senior Management – try offering 32 hour work weeks during downturn
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
