“One of the best consulting firms to work for!”
Current Employee – been working at URS full-time for less than a year
Pros – Great management with an attitude toward keeping the best people. Great salaries, lots of support for hiring, managing, and marketing to external clients.
Cons – They do not provide new laptops, PDAs, and other technology quickly or easily. The internal contracting/invoicing software is far too cumbersome for managing small projects.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
