It is a great place to develop and gain experience quickly. You can get exposure to a variety of different types of projects in a relatively short amount of time.

Cons

This is a very large corporation with a tremendous amount of overhead and corporate policies.

    Pros

Good people. Good experience for a recent graduate. During busy months I was turning down jobs because I was always busy.

    Cons

During slow months there was absolutely no work for me, I was begging people for work. I ended up using all my vacation and sick days and still had to take days off with no pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be a little more involved with lower level employees.
