Good Growth Opportunities

Project Engineer (Current Employee) Sacramento, CA

ProsA lot of autonomy is available if you are competent and willing to work hard. Worldwide projects available if you are interested in traveling.

ConsSome of the local office bureaucracy and politics is irritating. But for a 50k employee company, it's not bad as a whole.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep hiring good young people to train as your future leaders. Keep salaries at the top of the scale to maintain your best people.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
