    Pros

Has been a pleasure to work with some wonderful people.

    Cons

Company needs to show better interest in keeping employees working. Need to ADD ZERO Hour/On Call to Job Type in rating area of survey!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In this economy, the company should spend time to find work for employees in other offices and aid in helping make such moves.!!!!! Human Resources should "LIVE" up to that title in aiding LAID OFF (ZERO HOUR) EMPLOYEES find work at other locations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Pros

Incredibly flexible with regards to office hours. Nice coworkers. I think the office is a generally positive group of people, which is refreshing.

    Cons

Corporate HR seems to think it's ok to not play by the rules of the states the company is contracted in. Health insurance coverage is pretty much non-existant, benefits promised to me prior to accepting (such as tuition reimbursement) are actually frowned upon using (they want you to use "their" methods). This job actually costs me more out of pocket than any other job I've ever held. Stay away.
