great people to work with

Prosflexable work, there are great people to work with at URS. Possiblity for advancement seems to look good. Looking forward to many years.

ConsI have yet to find anything significant, my only issue would be length of time to get a project rolling and started.

    Pros: Loved the people I worked with in non-management roles. I was given the opportunity to learn many different areas… Cons: Lack of internal communication on issues that affected employees. Continued layoffs across the board to cut on expenses. Lack of career path for… Advice to Senior Management: Better communication that gets pushed down to all levels of employees. Layoffs happen.     Good company to work for if you're in one of the main offices

    I worked at URS full-time for more than 5 years


    Pros: Pay was great at the start, and promotions come quickly at first Plenty of knowledgeable resources at the main… Cons: promotions slow down once you hit 5 years and become very infrequent there after.
