world wide travel ,medical, dental, vision provided, stable environment, growth potential, many locations to choose from, and various job opportunities

Cons

Deployments can be from six months to over a year long to the desert, time away from family and friends, some locations not so great,

Advice to Management

The opportunity the military provides are all what you make of them, very stable environment if you are good at your job and continue to learn

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Steady paycheck and the ability to do some things most people simply can't. Healthcare is free but impossible to get the right care.

    Cons

Rank is given not earned, rank is looked at and not character, health care is terrible doctors are not doctors they are np and do not know nearly enough to get proper care.

    Advice to Management

Stop giving out rank to out of shape, unintelligent, unmotivated people who do not deserve it. Place more judgement on character instead of fabric on a sleeve. Follow Army NCO guidelines and you would weed out the cancerous individuals in the air force that continue to lead and cry about failing their pt tests.

  2. If you check the boxes and play the game you can make it far.

    Pros

Health coverage, regular paycheck, get to see the whole world. The people are living by a code which makes the average person you work with a higher level.

    Cons

Spend most of your time deployed away from family. Overly poltical to make rank, not based on overrall performance but what your paperwork looks like and how much you are liked by the leadership.

    Advice to Management

Focus on the morale and even distribution of personel among the different areas. Some individuals spend their whole time deployed while others go a whole career having never once left their base or the country.
