I have been working at US Air Force

Pros

world wide travel ,medical, dental, vision provided, stable environment, growth potential, many locations to choose from, and various job opportunities

Cons

Deployments can be from six months to over a year long to the desert, time away from family and friends, some locations not so great,

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The opportunity the military provides are all what you make of them, very stable environment if you are good at your job and continue to learn

I worked at US Air Force

    Pros

Great benefits, fair pay, excellent working conditions, and serving the nation are great factors that made me proud to serve.

    Cons

The Air Force organization in Chantilly is very inefficient, and the worst I had seen in over 20 years. The problems come from the top down, and the leadership is no connected at all with the "worker bees".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership in Chantilly needs to connect with the force, and find out just how poorly their system is working in supporting the troops.
