Pros – Benefits - education - health
Cons – Deployments and being unable to say no to bad ideas from upper mgt and resign from your job
Advice to Senior Management – Promote those who succeed in forward locations doing the hardest jobs as ooposed to those that do traditional ticket punching jobs
