    Pros

Job security, dental and medical care, good pay, travel opportunity, nice facilities, and great people. Some people will become life long friends.

    Cons

Time away from family when deployed.

    Advice to Management

Stay involved with mentoring the younger Airman. Have a good Awards and Decoration Program. Airman deserve to be recognized for their accomplishments. If you want to keep your Airman motivated and unit morale high, submit Airman for Awards and Decs.

    Pros

I'm part of the greatest Air Force on the planet. The people are great, benefits are great...free medical, dental and 30 days of paid leave every year starting your first year in. Did I mention you get to travel the world

    Cons

Long hours and sometimes there are trips that take you away from your family for months at a time. Management is very structured...it is the military. Promotions are not as fast as some would like.

    Advice to Management

Stop getting caught up spending so much time on menial issues. We're here to impart our will on the enemy through airpower...lets find better ways to do that and fly airplanes instead of talking about people issues every day.
