“A great 22 years, wish I could have stayed longer.”
Former Employee – worked at US Air Force full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Good training, good prople, quality of life getting better every year. Had a great time traveling thruout the world. Can change jobs after first 3 years even if your job is critical
Cons – Long hours, Wartime duty. Pressure for everyone to become a manager.
Advice to Senior Management – Bring back W-1 thru w-4 to keep old guys with lots of knowledge.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
