I have been working at US Air Force full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Training and discipline provided for individuals who are willing to grow into mature adults. It is one of the easiest ways to transition from living with your parents to becoming your own person.

    Cons

May deploy and be away from your family for long periods of time. You may also be in harms way but, it depends on your job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Thanks for being an avenue to see inside companies. As a military professional, it is sometimes difficult to transition back into the civilian world without a little insight.
