    Pros

Lots of travel opportunities. Compensation is fair. Work environment varies. Work - life balance is so so. Good career move.

    Cons

Depending on where you are assigned, you will be very happy or not so much. They are reducing the ranks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would like to see a better work life structure. Working 12 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week is not well thought out.
