“It's Ok.”
Current Employee – been working at US Airways
Pros – They have great flight benefits
Cons – The Company and Unions don't work well together. Always wondering if your going to get laid off. Most employees don't help eachother out unless they know eachother personally. Alot of employees seem unhappy and not fulfilled.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to improve moral by giving positive feedback and encouraging a positive attitude. Make it fun to come to work.
