Flight benefits! It's probably the only reason to work for an airlines! They'll unfortunately never make much money but it's still a fun place to work.

Cons

Bad senior management, lack of innovation. Being in the middle of the pack is always a hard place to be.

Advice to Senior Management

Become more like Southwest Airlines! Give employees a change to thrive. Be more communicative. Treat all employees with respect.
