US Airways Ramper:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

the flight benefits are great.

Cons

management not taking an interest in its employees. pay is low comapred to other major ailines.

Advice to Senior Management

stop thinking short term and think long term about the desicions you make regarding the quality of life of the front line employees.
