US Airways – “Good work, poor pay.”

Pros

Good corporate environment. Good people and fair treatment. Very flexible. Great corporate location.

Cons

Very weak pay. Delayed annual review/raise. Terrible promotion scale - a 5 year manager that worked his way up can make less than an analyst off the street and both are less than other airlines.

Advice to Senior Management

Bring employee pay up to par or lose your best to the competition.
