Using newer technologies and open to change. Very casual work environment. Coworkers easy to get along with.

Cons

No career path, there is a line a mile long for every promotion. Promotions based on who's butt you've stuck your nose up and not competency.

Advice to Senior Management

Have a better understanding of your employees' work performances and don't give promotions to those who consistently show how incompetent they are but talk a good game.
