Pros

Not the absolute worst company to work for, but is far from the best. I will give them this, I needed a day off for a wedding, and the chief pilot worked it our for me.

Cons

Very little future. Just a matter of time before the company is sold off, with the west operation and the east operation being sold off to different carriers. Or the whole operation is doomed.

Advice to Senior Management

They need to gain market share using their most money-making aircraft, the E190. Oh, wait...they just started selling off those aircraft, to a carrier that will, most likely use them against US Airways! Smooth move Doug.
