Pros

If you are incredibly spontaneous and like to travel, the flight benefits can be a huge perk. The size of the company also attributes to a lot of other perks in addition to decent benefit options. Coworkers are mostly friendly and respectful.

Cons

Lack of career opportunities. Lack of professional growth. Lack of feedback from management. Lack of any positive HR oversight in management practices. Uncoordinated project communication structure. Lack of communication between internal teams.

Advice to Senior Management

Take better care of your employees and they will produce better results. Communicate goals and expectations, create a vision to work towards, and monitor the progress towards the accomplishment of goals.
