Pros

Great health benefits flexible schedule

Cons

Salary does not provide for decent living. Most employees struggle to pay basic necessities.
Cannot afford to take advantage of flight benefits due to no extra cash after bills are paid

Advice to Management

Show concern to your workers. All they ask for is a decent livable wage to take care of themselves and families.

    Pros

    The only pros are the fine men and women trying to do their job, believing that maybe someday, managements attitude will change and things will become better.

    Cons

    Most depressing company to work for with managements continued efforts to dishearten their employee assets. Their motto is if you don't like it, there is the door. Management is filling up with people that have historically been anti-friendly to lower level employees.

    Advice to Management

    Quit destroying employee's lives.

    Pros

    Free flight and health benefits. Good organization but depends on which team you are in. Some teams are really nice and some are horrible (eg: DEG)

    Cons

    Cut throat environment, middle management is arrogant, undisciplined, and brutal. No growth opportunities. Technology wise they are far behind, management is very stingy when it comes to technology investments. Developers are responsible for everything even if the entire Project program fails. All blame flows downhill, all credit for successes stop at your manager's door. You have to follow the rules and they have so many within the team and its only applicable for new folks. IT environment here is more like manufacturing industry, no thinking just do what is told. Very high attrition in DEG team, I have seen 6 people leaving the team with in a year. Product support is like hell, for which you have to sacrifice your nights and weekends which is never compensated.

    Problem is senior management knows the issues with middle management but they havent done anything till now to support the team members.

    Advice to Management

    Yelling and screaming is not management. Learn to respect people
