Pros: Flexable work hours ie, work your 8 hours sometime within the day, Decent… Cons: no formal training for new hires which can be annoying having to ask various people questions all the time; especially when some seem… Advice to Senior Management: develope a training system for employees Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
