Cons – Imagine a modern day form of sadists with the guise of cammoflauge and you have a pretty good idea of who your bosses will be. If you are of a sound mind and nothing phases you then this is the right place for you.

Advice to Senior Management – Times are tough and people are desperate, but the fact remains that our military is the most elite in the world. Be firm but also be fair. Work hard but also play hard.
