“Great time serving my country, but it could be better.”
Current Employee – been working at US Army
Pros – There are excellent benefits at the moment, to include the ability to earn BA and Masters degree with no additional commitment for Enlisted, and a GI Bill. Excellent leadership training, and health benefits.
Cons – Difficult to determine where promotion opportunities will be in the future.
Advice to Senior Management – Do a better job of retaining the best, and cutting those which do not want to serve.
