Pros

the army teaches self respect and responsibilities to be a productive citizen in america

Cons

the only bad thing about the military is the drawdown

    Excellent pay, paid vacations, free health care, education and a place to advance.

    Cons

    War, not always able to change jobs.

    Deployment was great because everyday you knew it counted.

    Cons

    Deployment is incredibly addictive, but destructive to the family dynamic back home.
