“Opportunity is there, for those who seize control of their careers.”
Current Employee – been working at US Army part-time for more than a year
Pros – Superior benefits. Fulfilling work that you can be proud of. Strong sense of camaraderie. Terrific training opportunities. Good support network for spouses and families.
Cons – Bureaucracy. You will encounter large numbers of lazy employees content to do only the bare minimum--if that--particularly at the lower levels. Also, for National Guardsman, there is minimal work to be done by enlisted soldiers during drill weekends.
Advice to Senior Management – Weed out lazy employees.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
