Hit or Miss

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsUnique experience, physically and mentally challenging, more responsibility straight out of college than 90% of employers.

ConsSlow, bureaucratic organization, promotion/advancement structure is very rigid and discriminant, performance is not rewarded with incentives.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
