I have been working at US Army full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Only company in which I have seen that consistence good performance is positively rewarded. It is rarely a dead end job. Pay overseas is great.

    Cons

Deployments and combat is hard. But you should expect it to be. It is also very hard to find time to spend with family which for myself was a major drawback.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop babying troops and go back to standard a discipline, but without crossing the line of respect for the individual who volunteered.
