    Pros

Experiences you will never have outside of the Armed Services. Hate to be cliche, but, the toughest job you will ever love. Many great leaders, some exceptional leaders. Many unlisted perks in various services through the military.

    Cons

Long days, family separation, extreme leadership variations, some seemingly unrealistic changes. This career path is very difficult on a weak marriage.

    Advice to Management

Don't make it your mission to remove people, those not suited to miltary service will find their way out al by theirselves.
