    Pros

Training, travel, basic life support provided.

    Cons

Possible crippling, disfiguring, mental affectation, or death.

    Pros

Get to travel the world and meet new people. Learn different world cultures. Will never forget the places that I have been and the people that I have met.

    Cons

Deployments are exciting when your young, but not when you have a family. The time away from family starts to take a toll on the relationship.
