I worked at US Army full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Get to travel the world and meet new people. Learn different world cultures. Will never forget the places that I have been and the people that I have met.

    Cons

Deployments are exciting when your young, but not when you have a family. The time away from family starts to take a toll on the relationship.

  2. Boot camp was the best part, but overall a good experince.

    Cons

Long hours, little family time, IRAQ, bad COs, there are a lt of people that should never been able to join the military. People always say cliche one liners

    Advice to Management

get rid of people you know should be there.
