I have been working at US Army full-time for more than 10 years

ProsBenefits, Travel, education, pay and the ability for different assignments and jobs.

ConsLong deployments but those are coming to an end:-) Getting a lot better.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't downgrade future recruits benefits.

Best decision I have ever made.
