    Pros

Noble, honorable profession with some of the greatest people in the world.

    Cons

Red tape, bureaucracy, and all the typical "government" problems of working in a centralized system. Unless you attain a very high rank, you will be treated like a kid.

    Advice to Management

While this won't change anything, they should be more flexible and open to other ideas. Move quicker, become more efficient, and trim the fat.
