- little room for individualism

    Great room for advancement if you're willing to perform.
    Vacation with pay.
    Job training.
    Great pay for young men and women starting out.
    Travel...
    Honestly to much to say.

    Cons

    Dealing with poor quality soldiers ruins unit cohesion.
    Long months/years away from home.
    As you're recruiter.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Eliminate the toxic leadership and boot the soldiers who are there just collecting a paycheck and not contributing to the overall mission.
