Good place to go if you aren't sure what you want to do with your life

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Fort Benning, GA

I worked at US Army full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: - When I had good leaders, I felt motivated & happy to be there - The money was decent - Paid for living expenses - Free… Cons: - Sometimes you will encounter crappy leaders - In a high speed unit, you won't have time to go to school - Last minute details/field training exercises Sometimes… Advice to Senior Management: The promotion system is jacked up. I encountered way too many bad leaders. They were doing wrong & counseling their soldiers for doing the same… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
