    Pros

Worked with a lot of interesting people. Travel was good at times. Definitely allow me to experience different cultures.

    Cons

The recent deployments can put a strain on home and family life. Moving every 2-3 years is a challenge not only on the service member but the family as well.

    Advice to Management

    Juniors leaders need mentor ship.
