Pros

Benefits are well worth it, family oriented and if you are a go getter you will develop easily in the United States Army

Cons

Being away from family for extended periods of time.

Advice to Management

The military takes good care of it's personnel. If I had the choice I would have stayed in and continued my service to my country.
