great long term job with a great group of people

Cons

basic training sometime there are some long hours that we must do to get the mission done

Advice to ManagementAdvice

take care of the soldiers you must remember you were once in their shoes. when you take care of them the mission will get done

    I have been working at US Army part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Duty, sacrifice, and fulfillment of serving your country. The Army opens alot of doors career wise and you get to learn many intangible values I would not have gained elsewhere. Benefits are great.

    Cons

    Not alot of family stability.
    Always the likelihood of being deployed.
    Pay is not comparable to civilian careers

    Keep soldiers in mind, mission first.

    You have the opportunity to continue your education which will benefit for advancement within the organization. Pay with all benefits are extremely competitive.

    Drawdown of personnel within the organization has increased workload of individuals.
