Current Employee - Project Manager in Orlando, FL

I have been working at US Army full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Army Values, the culture, work ethic, and purpose - this is a lifetime career worth following.

Cons

Family separation is the biggest challenge in an Army career. Our profession requires us to deploy/travel away from our families, so that it is a family sacrifice. I still wouldn't trade my 27 years for anything else.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep faith with your Soldiers and do not erode our well-deserved benefits. While those outside the Army may look upon our benefits with envy, most of them would never trade places with our Soldiers.
