    The knowledge and resources that are available. The Army possesses various means to train, equip, and ensure your readiness, this includes housing, healthcare, and dental benefits. These benefits extend to your immediant family members as well.

    Cons

    Work conditions can be very uncomfortable. You may have to endure the outside elements for long periods of time, with fierce oversight. This can make certain people very uncomfortable.
